Commissioning and Training
Our technical service team together with a service field engineer dispatched by the manufacturer visit the jobsite when the equipment arrives there and check overall condition of the equipment and proceed commissioning service.
We do our best to provide solutions fit to customers’ requirements, especially for operators and in order for operators to use the equipment safely and conveniently and also in an efficient way, we help operators how to deal with emergencies
After-sales service
Within warranty period we provide repair or replacement services free of charge if customers find a problem with equipment as soon as we receive customers’ service request.
Moreover, we collate service data and feedback from customers and then discuss with equipment manufacturers so that relevant data and customer feedback can be incorporated into the equipment design.
Spare parts supply
We do our best to help customers operate and maintain their equipment as best they can providing genuine parts supplied by equipment manufacturers so customers can utilize and keep the equipment in good condition.
In case of parts obsolescence, we supply suitable substitutes discussing with consulting with equipment manufacturers to minimize downtime of the equipment.
